Receive your offer letter and complete the required enrolment formalities.
STEP 1 - CAMPUS FRANCE PROCESS
Create an Account on Campus France portal, complete the application form and upload required documents and pay applicable Campus France fee.
STEP 2 - CAMPUS FRANCE INTERVIEW
Attend the required academic interview and discuss your study plans, chosen program and reasons for studying in France
STEP 3 - VISA APPLICATION
After completing the Campus France process, receive an interview completion certificate, complete your student visa application through the France-visas portal, upload the required documents and book your VFS appointment.
STEP 4 - VFS APPOINTMENT
Attend your appointment in person to submit your visa application, supporting documents and biometric data. Visa applications in India are processed by the competent French consular authorities.
STEP 5 - VISA DECESSION
Your application will be reviewed by the French authorities. Once a decision is made, collect your passport from VFS or use the applicable passport-return service.
STEP 6 - TRAVEL TO FRANCE
Once your student visa is granted, make your travel arrangements and enter France within the validity period of your visa.
STEP 7 - VALIDATE YOUR STUDENT VISA
If you receive a VLS-TS, complete the online validation procedure within 3 months of arriving in France. This validates your visa as a residence permit for the applicable period
